  • Muzzle conditioning where advised

John Blackburn Behaviour & Training reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services if safety recommendations are not followed or where unmanaged risk is identified.

Where pain, medical, neurological or physiological factors are suspected, referral to a veterinary professional may be required before behaviour work continues.

Clients agree to seek veterinary assessment when reasonably advised.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Payment may be required in advance to secure an appointment.

All fees must be paid in full within the agreed timeframe.
